Best wireless lavalier microphones

A lavalier, or lapel mic, is a small microphone that clips to your collar, close to your mouth, so it hears your voice and little of the room. Every pick here is wireless, so you can move while you talk: a clip-on transmitter and a receiver that plugs into a phone, camera or computer. Kits with two transmitters record two people at once.

How we picked

We compared 158 microphones with real Amazon listings and kept the 15 that meet all of this:

Every pick fits, so the order is about what to look at first: models that are well known and well liked by buyers come first, with a small nudge for a clear photo. No brand pays to be listed or placed higher. Prices change daily, so we never print one; Amazon shows today's price.
